Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, preferably in the original packaging.

How it works 

1. Request your free return label via info@nxtlevel.com. Include your order number in the e-mail.
   
   
2. Pack your items neatly — preferably in the original packaging
   
   
3. Stick the label on your parcel and drop it off at the drop-off point
   
   
4. We check your return and issue your refund on the payment method used.

Advice: Keep your proof of shipment in case something goes wrong during transit.
