Return Policy

Is your order not quite what you expect? No problem, you can return it within 28 days of receipt, as long as it is complete, undamaged and as far as possible in its original condition. Sports nutrition and supplements must not be opened.

How do I return my order?

Returns are made in 5 easy steps.

Step 1: Let us know you want to return something

Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany or Luxembourg(Flanders)

Use the contact form to request a return label that you can stick on the package. Returns are free if you use the return label.

Spain

Stick the return label you received with your order on the outside of the package. You pay the return costs yourself.

Step 2: Take your package to your local delivery service

If you live in the Netherlands, Belgium, France or Luxembourg and you want to return the package free of charge, please use the delivery service that is stated on the return label.

If you live in Spain and are not sure which delivery service to use, please contact our customer service via the contact form.

Step 3: Wait for confirmation

Save the return receipt that you receive from the delivery service and wait until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been processed. That can take up to 21 days.

Step 4: If necessary, use the model form for dissolution/revocation

At the bottom of this page is the model form for dissolution/revocation, which you can also use.

Step 5: Wait for refund or replacement product

If you are entitled to a refund, returned products will be refunded as soon as possible. A maximum of 14 days after receiving your return notification, unless you want to receive a replacement product. When you return an entire order, the shipping costs will also be refunded. When you return part of an order, only the returned products will be refunded. Depending on the payment method you used, the time it takes to get the amount back will vary.

When should I contact customer service?

Is there something wrong with your order or are you not satisfied? In the cases below, please contact customer service via the contact form.

Wrong product received

We apologize if you received a wrong item! Use the contact form to find a solution as quickly as possible. Mention your order number and add a photo of the products received.

Broken or damaged product received

Unfortunately, there is a small chance that you will receive a damaged or broken product. We apologize if this is the case, we would like to resolve this as soon as possible. Fill in the contact form immediately after you have found that a product is damaged or broken. Please include the order number and a photo of the damaged or broken product. We provide a quick solution!

Product overdue

Oops, did you receive a product that has expired? Sorry, that is of course not the intention! Fill in the contact form and state the order number. Also send a photo of the product and the best-before date on it, then we will provide a quick solution.

Warranty

You are entitled to a solid article, and we will of course take care of that! If you have accidentally received an item that is not right, in some cases you can get a free replacement item. For example, if it is broken, damaged or incomplete, or has an expired best-before date. We're sorry if this is the case, it shouldn't happen! Do you want to contact our customer service as soon as possible?

Complaints

Do you have a complaint about us, our products or our service? We're sorry to hear that, but we're glad you want to let us know. Then we can do something about it! Let our customer service know what the complaint is by filling in our contact form.
