14 days right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Order to exercise their right of withdrawal from NXT Level, without having to motivate his/her decision. Beyond this period of fourteen (14) days, the sale is firm and final.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal can be done by contacting Customer Service (info@nxtlevel.com), or by using and sending the model withdrawal form appearing in the Appendix to the General Terms & Conditions, by post, to following address: NXT Level Sports Nutrition, Postbus 3124, 2130 KC Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.
The Customer cannot exercise his/her right of withdrawal for a Product made according to his specifications, used, worn, washed, damaged or unsealed.
The right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty.
The Customer returns the Order with the prepaid return voucher provided by NXT Level, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following communication of their decision to withdraw in accordance with article L. 221-21 of the Consumer Code.
The Product must be returned to NXT Level in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed.
To make a return, the Customer must follow the procedure indicated on the return slip received with their Order.
The reimbursement of the Order by Basic-Fit is made at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw, subject to having received within this period the Product subject to the right of withdrawal. NXT Level makes the reimbursement using the same payment method as that which was used to pay for the Order.
